How do I know if my target mobile phone is compatible with your Symbian spy software?
For the most part, if the target phone is a recent Nokia smartphone or one of many other Symbia based cell phones, then it is likely compatible with our software. You can check at the bottom of the ALL-in-ONE spy phone description page to see if the phone you have in mind is compatible. If you do not see your target phone on that list, then ask us directly at our customer support. We will respond quickly. If you target mobile phone is Iphone, Blackberry, Windows Mobile or Android, it is 100% compatible with our mSpy monitoring software.
What is the pre-defined number and can it be changed?
The pre-defined phone number is the cell phone which you will be using to conduct your spy activity. This is the phone that you will use to control the functions by sending SMS commands to the target phone. The Pre-determined number is also the phone that will receive all of the SMS notifications that are sent from the target phone. You may change the pre-determined number any time you wish.
Can you please clarify what the target phone is?
The target phone is simply the phone you wish to spy upon. This is also the phone that you will need to install our spy software on.
I like the features and functions of this software. How do I get started using it?
When you place your order, you will need to know the model number of the target phone, as well as the IMEI number of the target phone. This information is used in helping us to select the exact software that is compatible with your target phone.
All orders are processed manually by our technicians. Within a few hours you will receive instructions via email. Follow the instructions and the installation on the target phone will take under 30 seconds. If you do need help, you can contact our tech support team via email or phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
How do I find the IMEI number of the target phone?
Every cell phone has its own unique identification number (IMEI). You can locate this IMEI number by pressing *#06# on the keypad of the target cell phone. The number is also usually printed somewhere in the battery compartment.
Do I need physical possession of the target phone in order to install the spy software?
Yes you will. However, you will only need possession of the phone for a couple of minutes. That's how fast the installation process is! You will initially download the spy software to your computer or phone. Then all you will need to do is install the software on the target phone through an USB cable from your computer, or a Bluetooth connection from your computer to the target phone, or Bluetooth from your phone to the target phone. Simply run the program once and it will install automatically. Once the spy software is installed on the target phone, you will not need to have your hands on it again.
When using the Phone Spy feature, what is the range of coverage?
Range is not an issue as you can make the spy call anywhere in the world as long as the target phone is turned on and connected to a GSM network.
When making spy calls, what is the range of the phone's microphone? How much sound in the room will I be able to hear?
The spy call function uses the mic that is built into the target phone handset. Sensitivity of the microphone will vary from one model to the next. Therefore it is difficult to answer this question with specifics. However the audio will sound about like it would if someone had forgotten to end the conversation on a regular call. The acoustics of the room will also play a determining factor.
Is it possible to make a spy call from the target phone to another phone to listen to their conversations?
Since the other phone would not have the spy software installed, this would be impossible. You can only spy on phones that have the spy software installed on them. Please refer back to the software description page for further clarification.
Which payment methods can I use to purchase the spy software?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also accept Western Union and other wires transfers. If you have a special need in making payment, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Will the target phone have any odd characteristics that are a giveaway that it has had your spy software installed?
No. The target phone will continue to function normally after the spy software has been installed. You have nothing to worry about.
What happens when the target phone receives a call while I am performing a spy call?
The software will automatically disconnect your spy call from the target cell phone and will not leave any log on the target phone which would give indication that you had made the spy call. We thought of this possibility when we designed the software. We have it covered!
Won't the target phone pick up noise from my phone when I make a spy call to it?
We advise you to mute your phone before you make the call.
How long can I spy on the target phone?
You can spy on the target phone as long as it has power and credits available.
Can I turn on and off features that I do not want to use on the target phone even if I do not have possession of it?
Absolutely. Once you have installed our mobile monitoring software on the target phone, you will never need to touch it again. All function commands will be sent via SMS command. These commands will be totally invisible on the target phone.
Can I send a SMS command to the target phone if it is shut off?
Yes you can. However, since the phone is shut off, the command will not take effect until the target phone is turned back on. The command will be invisible because our software always remains invisible to the target phone.
Will your spy software work on every network?
Yes. But more than that, it will work in any country and with any language. Even if the SIM card is changed, our software will continue to function as it should.
Will the All-in-One spy software work on prepaid phones?
Absolutely. Our software works with contract and prepaid phone plans.
Is there a way to check to see if my phone has had your software installed on it?
We wouldn't be doing our job if there was. Our mobile spy software is engineered so that even a professional cell phone technician cannot identify that the software has been installed. So, there is no way to check, our software is completely invisible.
